In 1976, the Arizona Center for Youth Resources was founded in Phoenix with a mission to build futures and strengthen communities. Nearly two decades later, in 1995, City View High School was established — bringing that same commitment to education, offering smaller classes, innovative instruction, and individualized attention to students who needed it most.
