The City View High School is a public high school chartered by the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools in 1995. The school is Advanced accredited by North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI). The mission of City View High School is to:

 

      • Provide each student with innovative learning experiences that develop positive intellectual, social, and physical outcomes of significance.

In order to expedite the enrollment process so students can attend as soon as possible we ask:
1. A parent/guardian accompany students to begin their enrollment process. 2. You to bring your:
Proof of age & identity

Proof of residency

Immunizations

Withdrawal Form

* Enrollment Note:  The request for most documentation during the enrollment process is strictly to help expedite the process but is not required to complete enrollment.  In order to attend, the school must have a copy of the students transcript and withdrawal form from their previous school, a document proving the students age and identity (must be received within 30 days of enrollment) and immunization records or exemption. 
Proof of residency is required at time of enrollment.

NOTE:
If communication in a language other than English is needed, please contact the school office to make such a request.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, City View High School hereby states that all notices of the meetings of City View High School will be posted in the school’s main lobby
and on our website. The location is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
