* Enrollment Note:  The request for most documentation during the enrollment process is strictly to help expedite the process but is not required to complete enrollment.  In order to attend, the school must have a copy of the students transcript and withdrawal form from their previous school, a document proving the students age and identity (must be received within 30 days of enrollment) and immunization records or exemption.  Proof of residency is required at time of enrollment.
